Sheffield footballing legend, Derek Dooley, needs little introduction to any football fan in the city, achieving the rare feat of being a much-loved son of both the blue and red footballing traditions of our city. Indeed, Sheffield’s new ring road has been named in his honour as a figure who united the whole city.
